- Page 8 ASSEMBLY STEP 7: Built the front & back pole support. Connect #11, #13 together, and fix them with bolts and nuts as shown above. STEP 8: Door panel assembly. Fix the door panel part #14 to patr #11 with bolts and nuts. Note: When face the door panel, part #12 should be on the left side and part #10 should be on the right side.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY STEP 9: Mesh panels assembly. Fix the other panels from the right side of the door panel between each two poles, fasten them with bolts and nuts. Suggest to assemble the panels in turn. Notes: 1. Make sure the smaller size mesh is in the lower part the panel to better prevent the predators. 2.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY STEP 11: Tighten the front & back fabric panels. Insert the tube 15# into the bottom sleeve of the panels as shown in below Fig.1. Then tie the puller strap 30# over the tube 15# shown in Fig.2, pull tight as shown in Fig.3. Note: When installing the back door tarp, connect 15# and 16# first, and then insert it into the sleeve sewn on bottom of the fabric.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEP 13: Tight the roof cover. Connect 1pc 15# tube with 2pcs #16 tube, and then insert it into the bottom sleeve of the roof tarp. Meanwhile, tie the web strap 31# over the tube and then fix the Ratchet Tie Down 29# onto it as shown in below drawings and pull tight.
